For holidays, weekends, special occasions. Our houses offer a holiday in comfortable conditions, for a group of friends, families with children. Each house accommodates 10 to 13 people in spacious interiors in double rooms.
The houses are located in close proximity to the lake, in the forests of the Ramucko-Napiwodzka Forest rich in mushrooms and berries. Cycling and walking trails will provide unique views and relaxation.
Warmia and Masuria is a land of a thousand lakes and a wealth of diverse forests and a rich history worth discovering every day.

Opinions of our guests
We were a team of 13 people during the New Year’s Eve and New Year period. We are very pleased. A house with atmosphere, in a charming place, very well equipped with everything you need. On the property there is a barbecue area, in the garage there is ping-pong and a free-standing sauna. The owners are very nice and very helpful.

The entire surroundings around the house are conducive to peace and quiet – a beautiful garden, greenery and peace that allow for complete relaxation. Quite a large and very comfortable holiday home, with a garden, a brick barbecue and an additional table on a paved terrace. A living room with a fireplace and a ping-pong table for everyone, and a trampoline for children. Add to this the charm of the nearby lake – a very nice place to go with friends or a larger family.

Very spacious and well-equipped. Located 300 m from the beach on the lake. Well-kept garden. Everything is thought out and prepared so that guests are comfortable. Large fridge, dishwasher, two grills, wood for the fireplace. It’s hard to find fault with anything 😉

Large house with 4 bathrooms, very well equipped – kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine. Large living room with fireplace and large table. We rented the house in winter and the owners heated the house 2 days before our arrival so it was very warm. We recommend!

We rented the whole house with friends. It was a great trip. The owners were nice. The house has everything you need for life. You can light a fire in the fireplace, have a barbecue outside. A big plus for the pool table in the living room! 😊
